Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SevaDham (“we”, “us”, “our”), your satisfaction is our priority. If you have purchased a service, product, or made a donation through our Platform and are not fully satisfied, this policy outlines how we handle cancellations, returns (where applicable) and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
• For **physical goods** (temple-related merchandise, artefacts, etc.): You may request cancellation of your order within 3 days of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed / dispatched.
• For **digital services**, temple-services (e.g., live streaming, virtual offerings): Once the service has been rendered or access granted, cancellation is not permitted.
2. Return & Refund for Physical Goods
If you receive a physical item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you may request a return, exchange or refund within 2 days of delivery.
To initiate, you must contact us at namaste@srisevadham.com or call/WhatsApp our customer support at 9477974262, and provide images/videos of the item and reason for return.
Once we verify the issue, we will either:
- Ship a replacement free of cost, or
- Issue a full or partial refund, as applicable.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 3-7 business days of approval.
3. Refunds for Services
• For offerings, temple-services (virtual or physical) under the Platform: These are typically **non-refundable** once processed and service commenced, unless there is a clear error on our part.
• If we cancel or significantly modify a service you have paid for, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative of equal value.
4. Partial Refunds & Deductions
In certain situations (for example late cancellation, partial service usage, or processing fees), we may deduct a reasonable amount before issuing a refund. We will inform you of any such deduction in writing.
5. Process & Timing
After your refund request is approved, it may take up to 3–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Actual credit timing depends on the payment provider or issuing bank.
6. Eligibility Conditions
- Your refund/return request must include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return/ cancellation.
- Physical items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact (unless the item was damaged or incorrect when received).
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the item is misused, altered, or returned without prior authorization.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted on this page, so please review it periodically. Your continued use of our Platform after any change signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
