- 3–7 business days for custom, blessed or festival-based items

Once processed, orders are dispatched using trusted delivery partners such as Shiprocket-enabled courier services. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:- 3–8 business days for major cities
- 5–12 business days for non-metro or remote locations
3. Festival, Special & Temple Item Delay
During auspicious periods, temple events or special offerings, there may be delays due to:- High demand and limited quantity availability
- Temple rituals or preparation schedules
- Restrictions on shipping sacred items during certain ceremonies
4. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unreachable contact, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply if you request a second delivery to a corrected address.
