This Disclaimer applies to all products, prasad offerings, e-puja services, temple-related items, sacred goods, spiritual remedies, and digital/recorded content provided by SevaDham, operated by MB TRADING CO..

1. Spiritual & Sacred Nature of Offerings

Many items sold or delivered through SevaDham are blessed, consecrated, temple-sourced, ritual-based, or spiritually energized. Small variations in shape, size, fragrance, texture, freshness or ritual markings are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Prasad & Edible Offerings Disclaimer

  • Prasad is prepared or handled following temple or ritual practices.
  • We do not guarantee taste, shelf life, nutrition, texture or medical suitability.
  • Consumption of prasad is at the sole discretion of the recipient.
  • Prasad cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene & sanctity.

⚠ Health & Allergy Notice

Prasad or sacred products may contain milk, ghee, nuts, gluten, jaggery, dry fruits, herbal substances, incense residue, spices, or other ingredients. If you have allergies or medical restrictions, please consult a physician before use/consumption. SevaDham is not liable for allergic or medical reactions post-delivery.

3. E-Puja & Online Puja Service Disclaimer

E-puja services are performed collectively on behalf of all registered devotees. Due to multiple participants, it may not be possible to individually read or display every devotee’s name, gotra, nakshatra or intentions in any recording or livestream.

We conduct sankalpa for all registered devotees equally, whether or not their name appears in a video, audio announcement or visual representation. Videos may show only limited or recent names (example: latest 50 names) purely for representation.

By registering for e-puja service, you understand that spiritual benefit is based on sankalpa, not video display of names.

4. Astrology & Spiritual Remedies Disclaimer

If any spiritual remedy, gemstone, yantra, rudraksha, chanting, or ritual suggestion is provided, it is based on faith and ancient tradition. No result or outcome is guaranteed related to health, wealth, marriage, business, luck, career or success. Spiritual outcomes vary based on belief, karma, faith and intention.

5. Shipping, Freshness & Delivery Limitations

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, ritual schedules, or festive rush. Freshness of prasad or temple-based items may be affected by region, climate or delays in transit. These factors are outside our control and are not grounds for refund/return.

6. Limitation of Liability

SevaDham and MB TRADING CO. are not responsible for:

  • Delay or failure caused by external logistics, courier errors, temple schedules or natural conditions.
  • Health or allergic reactions from prasad or sacred products.
  • Expectations of specific results from puja, remedies, temple products or spiritual services.

You agree that offerings are based on faith & tradition, and usage is at your own discretion.
