Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SevaDham, we take great care in preparing and shipping every sacred product and temple-related offering. This Shipping Policy explains our timelines, delivery process and related conditions.

1. Order Processing Time

Since many of our items are sourced from temples, blessed, packaged or prepared especially for you, order processing may take:

  • 2–4 business days for regular items
  • 3–7 business days for custom, blessed or festival-based items

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Dispatch & Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are dispatched using trusted delivery partners such as Shiprocket-enabled courier services. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • 3–8 business days for major cities
  • 5–12 business days for non-metro or remote locations

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather disruptions, remote locations, or high-demand festive periods.

3. Festival, Special & Temple Item Delay

During auspicious periods, temple events or special offerings, there may be delays due to:

  • High demand and limited quantity availability
  • Temple rituals or preparation schedules
  • Restrictions on shipping sacred items during certain ceremonies

In such cases, delivery may take up to 10–18 business days.

4. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unreachable contact, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply if you request a second delivery to a corrected address.
  • Please ensure accurate address and phone number while placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. International Shipping

International shipping is currently disabled. If enabled, charges and timelines vary by country and will be visible during checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/video). We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
